Flexible structures are able to change (to adapt oneself) in accordance with environments (by analogy with living ). To them a project behave and matrix structures.

A project organizational structure is a temporal association of specialists into organization, which is created for the decision of concrete task.

An array organizational pattern (functional-temporal-having a special purpose) is characteristic for organizations which a project form is permanent for. In this case an administrative vertical line is built according to the separate spheres of activity of organization, and on a horizontal line a management is carried out projects. For an array pattern creation of direct connections is characteristic between specialists without depending on their position in organization.

Problems, constrained with the use of array pattern, as a rule, are seen in its , related to the necessity to «tie» up plenty of vertical and horizontal connections in single unit.

It is parameters of external and internal environment, which must be taken into account at creation of project of organizational structure.

In the most general view it is possible to select four group of factors:

1) external environment and infrastructure organization operates in which;

2) technology of works and type of joint activity;

3) features of personnel and corporate culture;

4) prototypes and already existing, and appearing itself effective organizational structures of analogical .

1. To the factors of external environment behave :

• complication of external environment, which is determined an amount and degree of likeness of factors, influencing on organization;

• dynamism of external environment, which is constrained at a speed of change of factors, influencing on organization from outside.

It is necessary to take into account at creation of organizational structure, that depending on character of factors of external environment organization can exist in four on principle different from each other situations (fig. 11.1).

Will consider the possible variants of situations in more detail.

A situation of 1— is a moderate-high vagueness: there are a bit factors, they are similar between itself, however change often, it is thus possible спрогнозировать possibility and logic of their changes. Such situation can be observed in industries, productive the commodities of folk consumption, for example, clothes. For enterprises, workings in a similar environment, a functional organizational structure, built, can be effective, for example or consumer principle.
