Systematic control after fulfiling the individual plans is carried out the leaders of subdivisions and workers of service of management a personnel, accountable for preparation of reserve.

Types and stages of career

It is possible to select a few of principle trajectories of motion of man within the framework of profession or organizations which will result in of career.

1. A professional career is growth of knowledges, abilities, skills.
